This class FEELS nice! Yes, it's true. It is a stretch class that does not hurt! Working away from a forced splits and backbend approach and towards a more relaxing joint (knee and hip) strengthening, chest and shoulder opening method. Working with, rather than against your body, to make your flex goals achievable in a healthier, more blissful way.

What to wear:Comfortable leggings and a tee shirt. Leg warmers and kneepads are available for sale at the studio. Bring your yoga mat.
